Scottish Schools Triathlon Championships

On Sunday 7th June Stirling Triathlon Club hosted the Scottish Schools Triathlon Championships at Stirling University.   This year saw the largest ever number of competitors with 150 children taking part in age groups ranging from 8 & under through to 16 years old.   (Those age 17 and above compete as adults.)  

The following St Columba’s pupils took part : Jamie Love (J3), Jonathon Bradford (J4), Eilidh Love (J5), Sarah Bradford (J6), Catriona Love (S1) and Jack McCusker (S 3) .

All our pupils put in great performances in this gruelling, multi- discipline event but special mention should go to Eilidh Love who received a silver medal in the girls age 9/10 category.
