Prefects

All pupils in Sixth year are prefects.  This is in recognition of the importance the School places on leadership, teamwork and collective responsibility.  To develop this, prefects participate in a team-building weekend at Ardeonaig in late August and in January on a motivation weekend at Drymen.

The Rector has a working lunch each week with the Heads of School.

Prefects are expected to support the day to day running of the School in undertaking a range of duties.  Mr Clark, will consult with Heads of School in drawing up a duty rota to ensure such tasks are carried out.  Prefects are given responsibility to encourage appropriate behaviour as detailed in the pupils’ code of conduct.

School Council

The School Council comprises elected representatives from each year group who meet fortnightly with Mrs Reilly.  The Council discusses pupil concerns.  The Rector attends meetings of the School Council on a regular basis.
