Rotary Club Young Writer Competition

Every year, pupils from Junior School and Senior School participate in the Rotary Club’s annual Young Writer competition. This year some of our J5 and J6 pupils took part. Kirsty Weir from J5 won first prize for Junior School, but she also was the overall winner of the Junior age category for the Gryffe Valley area, and her writing is now going forward into the next level of the competition.
Angus Scott (Transitus) was the runner-up, well done to both!
Well done also to the Senior School winners Cara Ewing-Mackie (SI) who won first place and Hilary Ewing-Mackie (SI) who won second place.
