Mini and Junior Duke Award

To encourage independence and self-motivation, Junior School children from J2 to J6 are being encouraged to join up to a brand new award scheme for St Columba’s called The Mini Duke Award and The Junior Duke Award.
This scheme has five award levels: Mini Duke Silver (J2) and Gold (J3), and Junior Duke Bronze (J4), Silver (J5) and Gold (J6). Through participation in the scheme, children will engage in a variety of challenges and learn invaluable life skills.
J2- J6 children attended a special launch assembly with our Award Patron Mr Ally McCoist. Mr McCoist shared a variety of challenges that he himself had met, and really motivated our children to challenge themselves whilst trying to achieve this award.
