With Scotland about to celebrate the Year of Young People 2018, Maya Sala Sime in Junior 4 has been accepted as one of the hundred 8-26 year-old ambassadors for the initiative and a representative for Renfrewshire.
The Year of Young People 2018 is an opportunity to celebrate the amazing young personalities, talents and achievers that make up Scotland. It’s all about inspiring our nation through its young people’s ideas, attitudes and ambitions.
Maya is thrilled to be part of the team. She said, “I am very excited about meeting all the other ambassadors and working with Young Scot.” We are sure you will be an excellent ambassador!
