Don’t be fooled by the blue sky, although it was beautiful last Friday and Sunday pupils and teachers spent a full day outside in winter showers on Saturday! Despite the freezing temperatures pupils braved the cold and got knee deep (quite literally!) with river recording and data collection. Other fieldwork skills included, field sketching glaciation features, investigating National Park land use and conflicts and measuring soil variables down a slope.
