In its 5th year at the School, the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative is part of the SII PSE programme. YPI is an inclusive, multi-award-winning secondary school program that grows compassionate communities by connecting youth to social issues, local charities, and philanthropy at a pivotal stage in their adolescence.

Tuesday afternoon saw the final of our Youth and Philanthropy Initiative. Teams had to present in front of their year group, as well as a panel of judges, with the winning team being awarded £3,000 for their charity of choice.

Well done to all participants for their hard work, in particular the winning team: Eilidh Paterson, Millie Eastwood, Erin Ramsay, Zoe Sayers, Christopher David, Magnus Muir, Ben Skinner, Archie Keogh and Finlay Davidson. £3,000 was donated to Stepwell, a wonderful charity that focuses upon improving the health, wellbeing and employment opportunities of vulnerable people.
