Children in J4, J5 and J6 entered the Rotary Club's Young Writer Competition in February.  The theme was 'Our World is Beautiful' and entries had to be around 500 words in length. Eleanor Cochran (J5) was the winner of the district competition and Rotary members John Tuck and Betty McDonald came to Junior assembly last week to present Eleanor with her prize and certificate.  Eleanor’s entry has now been forwarded to the national competition, to be held at the end of May.
