Languages Week Celebrations

As part of our European Day of Languages celebrations, the Languages department have been carrying out a number of fun activities for pupils. Yesterday the department held their annual language Spelling Bee Contest. Congratulations to all participants and winners:

SIII Spanish: Tess Macmillan (Winner with 14 words in 60 secs)

SI pupils also participated in a QR Code Quiz where they had to scan the QR codes, then follow the instructions in French to move around the school, answering general knowledge questions along the way. SI thoroughly enjoyed this activity and the two winning teams gained a credit mark for their house.
