5th October 2018

Junior 6 had a fantastic active-learning session this morning to support their WW2 topic. They created Anderson shelters and gas masks and made sandwiches and scones for their VE Day tea party to which parents and grandparents were invited.

The children were delighted to welcome a 100 year-old relative who shared her memories of WW2 with the children via video.

We thank all our volunteers who helped to make the event a huge success.
