You may remember in November Junior 4 - Junior 6 children participated in Social Bite’s ‘Wee Sleep Out’, hosted a bake sale and a ‘wear what you want day’, raising in excess of £2,500 and helping Social Bite on its journey to end homelessness in Scotland. Mrs Duncan, Head of Junior School, recently learned that we were to receive recognition for being one of the top 11 fundraisers for the charity and as a result three representatives from the School have been invited to Social Bite's Thank You Dinner in March with Key Note Speaker, Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Malala Yousafzai.

Last Friday at assembly two children were selected at random to attend the Thank You Dinner with Junior 5 class teacher, Mrs Smillie, who participated in Social Bite’s Sleep in the Park in December. Emma Crouch (J5) and Mila Lassman (J6) were delighted to have been randomly selected for what we are sure will be an inspiring and unforgettable evening.
