Donation to Renfrewshire Foodbank

This morning Mrs Dickson, along with Junior 6 Class Captains, visited Renfrewshire Foodbank headquarters to drop off a huge amount of food and toiletries that Junior School children and parents have been so generously donating.
The children met the Project Manager, Elizabeth Alexander, who was very informative and also got the children involved in the making up of food parcels as well as weighing all of our donations.
The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and are now planning a PowerPoint presentation to show at a future assembly, to let the whole of Junior School see the great work being carried out by the foodbank.
