EVENTS & REUNIONS
Overview
- an AGM is held in the Spring - all former pupils and former staff are welcome
- the annual FPs V School rugby and hockey matches are played in March
- former pupils are invited to the School’s Silver Tablet Concert in June
- an Autumn meeting is usually held
- a London meeting is usually held
- every three years a lunch is held in The House of Commons
The Association would love to hear about any other events you would like to have, either held at the School or in any other part of the country. Members are geographically spread far and wide, but this should not restrict anyone from holding a local event or reunion.
Assistance can be given with arranging reunions or tracing former pupils and visits to School are always welcomed.

Annual FP V School Hockey/Rugby Matches: Hockey, 9.30, Astroturf. Rugby, 10.45, Birkmyre Park. Refreshments and prizegiving will follow in the Livingstone Hall at Junior School.
Reunions
Class of 1979-80
Several FPs are keen to arrange a 30-year reunion in 2009 for the fifth years who left in 1979 as well as our year group who stayed on for sixth form and left in 1980. The details are still being discussed, however if you are interested in attending please contact me, maggie.ayre@bbc.co.uk, or Pauline Davidson, Pauline.Davidson@scotland.gsi.gov.uk. We plan to get together in the Glasgow area sometime towards the end of Summer 2009.

Coffee Morning - 24 April 2010
We're meeting on Saturday 24 April at the Senior School, Kilmacolm, for coffee and chat. FPs, FP parents and former teachers are very welcome. There will also be plenty of pictures over which to reminisce. As you can imagine the School has accumulated a large number of images over the years. We're looking for volunteers to help us go through the pictures and hopefully identify some of the people in them. This will also help us in our efforts to update the FP database.
