We are delighted to announce that the Piping and Drumming Summer School will run from Wednesday 26th July – Friday 28th July.
The three-day school will take place at the Senior School from 9am-3.30pm each day, with over five hours teaching time per day! Each day will be timetabled to include group lessons, workshops and practice time, and we also hope to invite some special guests from the piping and drumming world to share their expertise. The week will be rounded off with a performance to parents, friends and family on the Friday afternoon.
All in all, the Summer School represents a fantastic way to keep your child’s piping and drumming skills on-point over the summer break!
This year we are also offering a BEGINNER’S CLASS to the Summer School, running form 9am-12pm. This is ideal for any aspiring pipers or drummers who will be joining the Piping and Drumming Programme in August of this year and is a great way to kickstart your child’s piping and drumming experience here at St Columba’s.
