Congratulations to Pipe Major Ross A (SV) who placed 4th in the prestigious 2024 Caritas Banner Piobaireachd Competition held yesterday at George Watson’s College.
A year after winning the age group below, Ross competed in the 18&Under category for the first time and he definitely rose to the challenge – not even being drawn to play first at 8.30am in this highly competitive field was enough to phase him. He performed The Glen is Mine, which was selected by the adjudicators.
