We offer two convenient options for receiving your order:
1. Collection from Store
- Location: St Columba’s Senior School Reception, Duchal Road, Kilmacolm, PA13 4AU
- Availability: Orders are typically ready for collection within 1 working day of placing your order. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Collection Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- What to Bring: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid form of ID for verification.
2. Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel
- Cost: A flat rate of £3.99 per order.
- Delivery Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Once dispatched, Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class parcels within 2-3 business days, including Saturdays. Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons.
- Tracking: This service does not include end-to-end tracking. If you require a tracked service, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative options.
- Delivery Process: Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the parcel to the address you provided. If you are not available, a “Sorry you were out” card will be left, and the parcel will be held at your local sorting office for collection, or a redelivery can be arranged.
General Information
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
- Lost or Damaged Parcels: While rare, if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at marketing@st-columbas.org with your order number. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
