125 Years of St Columba’s: An Evening With...
Join us for a wine tasting hosted by former pupils
To celebrate St Columba’s School’s 125th Year anniversary, we are holding a series of ‘An Evening With’ events, hosted by Former Pupils. Our first event is an exclusive wine tasting by De Burgh Wines on Friday 11th November 7-10pm.
This private tasting event will be held by former pupil Christine Nicolson (nee Mitchel) and her husband Will. Christine and Will are joint owners of De Burgh Wines, which they started with Tarquin De Burgh. Since 2013, they have established themselves as one of Scotland’s leading wine merchants supplying some of the country’s finest restaurants, hotels and private clients.
Former pupil, David Armour, has very kindly offered us the private use of Cairn, in Kilmacolm, for this event. As well as hosting us for the evening, David will be serving both the wine and his scintillating chat – something not to be missed!
Please note that tickets are limited to guarantee the quality of the experience and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Included in the ticket price is a donation to our Ukrainian Refugee Fund, which was introduced this year.
We expect there to be high demand for An Evening with De Burgh & Cairn and we will therefore operate a waitlist once all tickets are sold, with a view to potentially hosting another evening in the very near future!
