Once we have received your completed form(s), we will send you a booking confirmation with instructions on how to make an online payment.

Can I book additional hours and days?

You can add additional days and hours to your child’s booking simply by completing the relevant booking form here above. Please also get in touch via email to advise us of this change. The email address is holidayclubs@st-columbas.org.

What should my child wear?

St Columba’s boasts a fantastic play area comprising our ‘wild woodies’ as well as an expanse of landscaped grounds. Children will spend part of the day outside so it is important that they are dressed for all eventualities! To help you prepare, we advise:

  • old, comfortable clothing
  • shoes which can be used for sports activities.

We also ask that you provide:

  • additional clothing and footwear appropriate to the weather conditions (wellies, for example)
  • a full change of clothes

We ask that all clothing, and any other items brought from home such as packed lunch boxes/bags and water bottles, are clearly named so that we can get any lost property back to you!

Does my child need to bring anything else?

Yes - all children are required to bring:

  • a packed lunch
  • snacks
  • a water bottle
