March 30th 2023

Last night, SV&VI - along with SIV members of the 1st XI and 1st XV - gathered at the Glynhill Hotel in Renfrew to celebrate another year of sporting excellence at St Columba's School.

We were delighted to welcome our guest speaker, Kieron Achara MBE, OLY. Kieron is an ex professional basketball player, who is the youngest ever player to represent Scotland. Since retiring, Kieron has been involved in many different areas, including with our sponsors First Point USA, as well as various charitable initiatives and received an MBE for services to community sport on the 2020 Queen’s Honours list.

Following Kieron's address, it was time to hand out the awards.
