Congratulations to our Head Boy, Dominic Bogle, who won the regional heat of Poetry by Heart Scotland, a competition run by the Scottish Poetry Library. At Glasgow University Dominic recited 2 poems, one pre-1914 and one post-1914, and was praised by the judge for a very natural delivery. He now progresses to the national final to be held later this month at the National Gallery of Scotland in Edinburgh.
