Successful Application to EDT Headstart Course

Well done to Senior V pupil Hamish Loudon on his successful application to the Engineering Development Trust 2017 Headstart course.
This year the courses were massively over-subscribed with more than 1,100 students who weren't lucky enough to be offered a place on any EDT Headstart course at all, so this is a fantastic achievement for Hamish.
This course enables Hamish to take part in a real life 6 month STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) project, providing the opportunity to enhance his technical, personal and employability skills.
