To conclude Fairtrade Fortnight with a bang, our SII pupils had a Fairtrade Bake Off on Friday. It was a massive success, 22 cakes and baked goodies were made by pupils, who wowed all (especially the judges) with their baking skills and creative talents of cake decorating. Much fun was had by all making and sampling the delicious goodies on offer.
The winner was a group of girls who showed their cake from source (coco bean) to finished product (chocolate). Well done to Grace, Neave, Cara B and Mia!! We raised over £70 which will go towards the Fairtrade Charity.
The SII Business Pupils also produced a fabulous display of Fairtrade Snacks which people were able to sample.
