What a fantastic holiday weekend for outdoor education at St Columba’s.
A number of SIII pupils took part in their Bronze DofE hiking expedition at Blane Valley, Stirlingshire. Everyone coped very well with the hot weather making sure they stayed well hydrated.
Scotland also revealed itself as a world class destination for canoeing as Bronze Canoeists completed their qualifying expeditions on stunning Loch Katrine in glorious weather. Teams circumnavigated the Loch over 2 days wild camping at the base of Ben Venue.
