Dyslexia Awareness Week

7-12th November marks Dyslexia Awareness Week in Scotland.  A blue ribbon can be collected from Junior School reception and worn as an awareness raising tool.  Last year through a number of staff wearing a ribbon there were many valuable conversations amongst the children.

Children are encouraged to talk about dyslexia in more detail in class and further information can be found on the Dyslexia Scotland website www.dyslexiascotland.org.uk
