20th April 2018

After a wee sabbatical, the St Columba’s School Golf Competition is back and we are taking it on the road to Dundonald Links, venue of last year’s Scottish Open and a sister club of Loch Lomond Golf Club.

This fun golf event takes place on Thursday 20 September and aims to raise proceeds for the St Columba’s Foundation. The foundation supports various projects around the school, most recently the creation of the Wellbeing Centre at Senior School, and the Bursary fund, which supports children who otherwise would not be able to access a St Columba’s education.

On the day, we will have use of the club and the practice facilities from 12pm, with a two-course lunch at 1pm, followed by a brief auction and a 2:30pm shotgun start.

The £500 entry includes:

  •  Green Fees for four players
  • Two-course lunch
  • 12 Titleist ProV golf balls per team
  • Prizes

Green fees at Dundonald Links are usually £130 per person, so this compares very favourably.

The event is open to all, including those looking to bring corporate/business clients.

If you would like further information, to enter a team or donate a golf or auction prize, please contact Rene Kleyweg on rkleyweg@yahoo.co.uk.

We look forward to your support and hope you can join us for an excellent day of golf whilst also raising funds for a most worthwhile cause.
