Following his attendance at the Scottish Space School last week, we are delighted to announce that Ewan Gray (SV) has been chosen for a once in a lifetime visit to NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Ewan will join a group of 10 lucky students on a week-long learning journey in October. He was selected on the basis of his performance in allocated tasks and activities. During this rigorous assessment process, the Space School staff and mentors were particularly impressed by Ewan’s general attitude and his skills both as a team leader and as a team player.

Inspired by Ewan’s recent NASA success, SI enjoyed their last Physics lesson of the year by designing paper rockets and launching them with compressed air.
