Once again, the Senior School Gardening Club spent the afternoon taking a range of items out of the ground from the organic vegetable patch at the front of the Main Building which they now have ready for sale - the proceeds of which will be shared between next session's Gardening Club project and Ardgowan Hospice.

They include:

1kg bags of salad potatoes (Duke of York's) - £1.50 each.
200g bags of washed and chopped black kale - £1 each.
750g bunches of romeo carrots - £1 each.

If you would like order any items - either to be delivered in Kilmacolm or for collection at Senior School Reception - please email Mr McLaughlin.

They plan to organise a third harvest from their patch in another couple of weeks which will include maincrop potatoes (King Edward's), cabbage, lettuce and herbs.
