Three pupils in SV represented the School in the annual West of Scotland Physics Education Group (WoSPEG) competition. Jamie Beverstock, Anna Hendry and Alasdair Smith spent an evening at the University of the West of Scotland where they conducted a series of fun experiments in the University lab before being quizzed on their Physics knowledge. We are delighted that after a turbocharged round on the buzzers, the impressive trio's answers secured them a place in the semi-finals. We now wish them all the very best for the next stage in the competition, which will be held at Glasgow Caledonian University on the 5th of October.
