Congratulations to Cara E-M in Senior V who has been awarded a Scholarship from the Inverclyde Music Festival.

Belated congratulations are due to Cara E-W in Senior V! Cara has been awarded the Inverclyde Music Festival Scholarship for her outstanding talent and continued contribution to the festival.   


Cara recently received a Ronnie Mackay Quaich to mark her achievement, and will also be awarded funding from the festival’s scholarship programme. Cara explained that she aspires to study at the Royal conservatoire, highlighting that the additional money will help pay for piano lessons and musical books to elevate her future application.   

Cara has been involved with the festival for a long time, and continues to prove her dedication to music through a range of extracurricular events and achievements. Thanks also must also go to our Music department for their dedication in supporting our pupils musical endeavours during the coronavirus restrictions. 

Well done Cara! We look forward to hearing of your future musical achievements.
