Last week, pupils in SIII enjoyed a bounce back wellbeing day.

Inverclyde Children and Young People's Wellbeing Service came to St Columba’s to deliver an invaluable ‘bounce back’ session to SIII last week. Their experienced staff understand that life is full of ups and downs and that life can sometimes be a struggle for young people. They aim to help children and young people through difficult times and their session with SIII focused on self-esteem, confidence, and anger management. In the new academic year, Inverclyde Children and Young People's Wellbeing Service will be coming back to deliver a full wellbeing programme for SIII.

Our pupils found this session to be valuable. Many thanks to Harriet and Cath for facilitating such an insightful morning!
