Join us on Saturday 31st October, for our first ever Scarecrow Trail!

This year Autumn and Halloween celebrations have had to adapt to the ever-changing restrictions and guidelines, so we are hosting our first-ever Scarecrow Trail around the village of Kilmacolm.

Across the village a number of colourful and exciting characters have been hiding, created by many local businesses and families.

The event is set to start at midday on Saturday 31st October. The Scarecrows will remain up for the entire evening allowing you to start the trail at any time you would like!

We have created a map that will help you to find all the Scarecrows that are hiding around Kilmacolm! On the reverse is an entire list of all the creators and contributors who have helped to build the scarecrows along the trail!

You can download a full copy of the map here!

As the 31st of October is Halloween too, please feel free to dress up in your creepiest costume as you complete the Scarecrow Trail. However, this is an outdoor event so remember to wrap up warm and wear waterproofs ready for true Scottish weather!

We would love to see all your photos from the Scarecrow trail. Which character has been your favourite? Did you spot any of our surprise Scarecrows?

Share you photos with us using #StColsScarecrowTrail or you can email them to us directly at Marketing@st-columbas.org
